2. Damage and Missing Products
2.1. Reporting Damage: If you receive a product that is damaged or if an item is missing from your order, you must report it within 2 days of receiving the order.
2.2. Proof of Damage: To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage, you must provide clear evidence of the damage, such as an unboxing video.
2.3. Return Process: If your return is accepted, we will issue a full exchange to your original payment method within 7 days after we receive the damaged item. Return shipping fees will not be charged.

3. Dislike of Products
3.1. No Returns for Dislike: If you simply dislike a product, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to the affordable nature of our products. However, you may return the product at your own expense within 24 hours of delivery.
