At Vioras Jewelry, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, certain conditions apply to our return and refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Damage and Missing Products
2.1. Reporting Damage: If you receive a product that is damaged or if an item is missing from your order, you must report it within 2 days of receiving the order.
2.2. Proof of Damage: To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage, you must provide clear evidence of the damage, such as an unboxing video.
2.3. Return Process: If your return is accepted, we will issue a full exchange to your original payment method within 7 days after we receive the damaged item. Return shipping fees will not be charged.
2.4.Refund Process: All refunds will be processed within 3 business days once the Vioras's team receives the order back to the warehouse as per the return and refund policy.
